Following dispatch, standard carrier transportation generally takes an estimated 4–6 business days.

These delivery periods are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by severe weather, carrier interruptions, seasonal volume, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Order Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You may ask us to cancel an order before the order has been shipped. Once shipment has occurred, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedures will apply.

Eligible products may generally be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the requirements and exclusions contained in our Refund Policy are satisfied.

For approved qualifying returns and exchanges, we will provide a prepaid return label or another approved return method without charging additional return shipping costs.

Generally, discretionary change-of-mind returns do not apply to custom or personalized bedding products, clearance or Final Sale products, gift cards, or opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products. These exclusions do not apply when the product is defective or when applicable law provides otherwise.

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, an authorized refund will be sent to the original payment method.

After we issue the refund, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the funds. Please generally allow 5–10 business days from the date the refund is issued for the credit to appear.
